Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 overripe medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 x 125g Forticreme Complete (Banana)*
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 170°C.
  • In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until ingredients are well combined. Try not to over blend; some texture from the coconut is ok.
  • Pour into a lined loaf tin.
  • Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

Mix in 1/2 cup pitted dates (chopped) before baking for added sweetness.
