Forticreme® Complete is ready to eat, so there’s no preparation needed. Grip the pot in one hand with the thumb against the flat area. Peel the foil protection top layer away from the pot by gripping the foil at the area above the flat side or above the thumb. Then use a spoon to scoop the creme contents. Enjoy! 

Forticreme® Complete comes in 125 g pots, with each pack containing 4 pots.
