Ingredients:
- 70g (8 scoops) Karicare Toddler Milk powder
- 6 beef meatballs
- 70 mL beef stock
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp Italian herbs (optional)
- 125 mL (½ cup) pasta sauce
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven, cook at 180°C fan-forced.
2. In a large bowl whisk Karicare Toddler Milk powder with beef stock.
3. Add garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt and pepper and pasta sauce and mix.
4. Pour mixture into an oven proof dish, add meatballs and cook for 20 mins.
5. If sauce is too thick, add a little warm water and mix through before serving.
Tip
Serve with grated cheese. Perfect as a meal on its own or serve with your favourite pasta or use as a dip for toasted soldiers.
