Product Information
A nutritionally complete*, hydrolysed rice formula (HRF) for infants or young children with suspected or confirmed CMA. It is suitable for those who show signs of lactose intolerance or whose families prefer a plant‑based formula for cultural or lifestyle reasons.
Features
Cows’ milk allergy is a common condition that affects around 1 in 50 infants across Australia and New Zealand.1 Aptamil® AllerPro Rice is a nutritionally complete* formula for infants or young children with confirmed cows’ milk allergy. Aptamil® AllerPro Rice is a 100% plant-based protein formula with added amino acids. It has been specifically formulated with protein sourced from rice for the dietary management of babies with cow’s milk allergy.
Contraindications for use
APTAMIL® ALLERPRO RICE INFANT FORMULA IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GENERAL USE AND MUST BE USED UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION. NOT FOR PARENTERAL USE.
Direction of use
- Wash hands before preparing the feed. Clean and then sterilise all utensils by boling for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser.
- Boil safe drinking water and allow to cool to feeding temperature. CONSULT FEEDING GUIDE. Measure the required volume of water into a sterilised feeding bottle.
- Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveler. Avoid compacting the powder.
- Always add 1 level scoop of powder for each 30mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder.
- Test temperature on wrist before feeding. Feed immediately (do not store). Discard unfinished feeds.

Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place. Use by the date on the container bottom. Do not use if the foil security seal is damaged or missing. After opening, keep the container airtight and use contents within 4 weeks.
- Product is packed by weight; some settling of powder may occur.
