Product Information

A low-phenylalanine* ready to use liquid protein substitute containing glycomacropeptide (GMP), with essential and non-essential amino acids,carbohydrates, fat (including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentanoic acid (EPA)), vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.

Available in Neutral Flavour.

*Protein substitutes based on GMP are a natural source of phenylalanine. PKU GMPro LQ contains 18mg PHE per 250ml serving

Indications
  • For use in the dietary management of proven PKU in children from three years and adults.

Direction of use
  • Best served chilled and consumed immediately.
  • Water or additional fluid should be offered at the same time as PKU GMPro LQ to ensure adequate fluid intake.
  • The quantity of PKU GMPro LQ should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on age, bodyweight, and medical condition of the patient.
  • The daily intake of PKU GMPro LQ should be distributed
    throughout the day.
