Dragon fruit, mango and banana can be substituted with other fruits such as berries.

Mixture can be frozen and made into popsicles for a hot summer’s day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pink Dragon fruit
  • 1/2 banana  frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup frozen Mango
  • 1 serve AptaGrow powder (e.g.6 level scoops of AptaGrow 1+)
  • 3/4 cup of lukewarm water

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Add more water as necessary to thin to desired consistency.
