Souvenaid® is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of early Alzheimer´s disease. Souvenaid® must be used under medical supervision. Souvenaid® does not cure or alleviate Alzheimer´s disease. 

 

*Souvenaid® is included and can be funded as part of Support at Home if aligned with the patient’s identified needs and preferences and when recommended by a healthcare professional.  Souvenaid® can be funded by the NDIS if recommended by a healthcare professional as part of a treatment plan and considered a reasonable and necessary support directly related to the participant’s disability.
