Prepare sachet in fixed volume of water.*1 sachet = 21.9g of powder. NOTE: 1 sachet added to 150mL of water yields approximately 165mL of formula. This feeding guide is a general guide ONLY; your baby may need more or less than shown.

Step 1

Wash hands before preparing the feed. Clean and then sterilise all utensils by boiling for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser.

Step 2

Boil safe drinking water and allow to cool to feeding temperature. CONSULT FEEDING GUIDE. Measure the required volume of water into a sterilised feeding bottle.

Step 3

Tear the top of the sachet and pour all the powder into the water.

Step 4

Always add 1 sachet to 150mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder.

Step 5

Test temperature on wrist before feeding. Feed immediately (do not store). Discard unfinished feeds.

Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use immediately after it is prepared.

Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to infant formula.

If preparation instructions are followed no additional vitamin and mineral preparation is necessary.

Dental hygiene: A cup can be introduced to your baby at around 6 months. Putting your baby to bed with a bottle or cup can cause tooth decay.

Every feeding journey is unique

Not every parent can produce breast milk. No matter what choice you make, we will support your unique feeding journey.

We at Nutricia believe in providing the best nutrition for babies, which is why we recognise breast milk is uniquely superior for babies as it provides many benefits. It is important that mums have a healthy diet to support breastfeeding. A decision not to breastfeed, or partial bottle feed, may reduce breast milk supply making it difficult to reverse. The cost and social implications of using feeding methods should be considered. Always seek professional advice about feeding your baby. Ensure formula is used as directed as improper use can affect baby’s health.
