Membership and Eligibility
- Who is the program offered by? Souvenaid Connections is a loyalty program offered by Souvenaid. Souvenaid Connections is owned and operated by Nutricia Australia Pty Ltd (“Nutricia”).
- Who can become a member? Souvenaid Connections is open to existing customers and new customers of NutriciaStore, who reside in Australia and are over 18 years of age.
- How many accounts per person? Membership to Souvenaid Connections is limited to one account per individual customer. Nutricia reserves the right to revoke access to Souvenaid Connections and any/all accompanying benefits if it deems a member is misusing or abusing the Souvenaid Connections program, fraudulently using the Souvenaid Connections program, or is failing to comply with the Terms & Conditions of the Souvenaid Connections program or any existing policy as part of NutriciaStore.
Enrolment
- How do you join? Customers can register online via the website Souvenaid Connections | Souvenaid (nutricia.com.au) or call Nutricia on 1800 438 500 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. By joining the program, customers will automatically have an account created in the NutriciaStore unless they are an existing NutriciaStore customer.
- An existing NutriciaStore customer who wishes to join the Souvenaid Connections program should do so with the same email address associated to their existing NutriciaStore account.
- Does it cost anything to join? Membership to join Souvenaid Connections is completely free of charge and there are no fees to continue as a member.

Foods for Special Medical Purpose
Souvenaid® is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of early Alzheimer’s disease and must be used under medical supervision. Consult with your doctor, nurse or pharmacist for advice.
The grant of membership to Souvenaid Connections, and any information provided in Souvenaid Connections, is not to be substituted for medical advice and users of Souvenaid should always consult their healthcare professional for medical advice.
Agreement to:
- Privacy Policy. By joining Souvenaid Connections, members acknowledge that Nutricia will collect, use, and disclose their personal information in accordance with the Nutricia Privacy Policy. Souvenaid Connections registration and program details will only be collected, used and disclosed for the purposes of administering the program.
- Program Comms delivered via Email, Phone, SMS. By joining Souvenaid Connections, members agree that they will receive communications, including (but not limited to) updates regarding their Souvenaid purchases in the NutriciaStore, stock notifications, pricing updates, educational content around Souvenaid and how it works, support and resources related to Souvenaid and Early Alzheimer’s, invitations to participate in research related to Souvenaid, and any updates to the Souvenaid Connections program.
- Souvenaid Connections T&Cs. By joining Souvenaid Connections, members are bound to these Terms & Conditions. Nutricia reserves the right to suspend, terminate, vary or make changes to these Terms & Conditions at its own discretion. Souvenaid Connections members are responsible for reviewing and remaining informed of any changes to these Terms & Conditions.
Changes to the program. Nutricia reserves the right to suspend, terminate, vary or make changes to the Souvenaid Connections program at any time. In the event of such changes, Souvenaid Connections members will be notified via email.
Termination & Removal from Program. Nutricia reserves the right to revoke member access to the Souvenaid Connections program and any/all benefits at its own discretion, or for reasons including (but not limited to) if Nutricia deems a member is abusing the Souvenaid Connections program, fraudulently using the Souvenaid Connections program, or is failing to comply with the Terms & Conditions of the Souvenaid Connections program or any existing policy as part of NutriciaStore. In the event that a Souvenaid Connections account is terminated, the member is not entitled to any compensation or credit for any unused points or discounts accrued prior to account termination.
