Neocate Dairy-free Custard
Neocate Dairy-free Custard Recipe – a dairy-free dessert treat for kids with cows’ milk protein allergy
- 250 mL Cooled boiled water
- 4 drops of Vanilla essence (alcohol-free)
- 8 scoops of Neocate Junior (Unflavoured or Vanilla)* *Always use the scoop provided in the Neocate tin.
- 40 g Dairy-free custard powder
- 25 g Sugar
Mix water, custard powder, vanilla essence, sugar and Neocate with some of the water to form a smooth paste.
Place the rest of the water into a pan and bring to a boil, then remove from the heat.
Slowly add the custard mixture to the hot water. Whisk briskly to form a smooth mixture.
Return pan to heat and gently heat while stirring.
Serve warm or cold.
Free from allergens: Wheat, Cows’ milk, Peanuts, and Soy.
