Neocate Dairy-free Custard

Neocate Dairy-free Custard Recipe – a dairy-free dessert treat for kids with cows’ milk protein allergy

Ingredients
  

  • 250 mL Cooled boiled water
  • 4 drops of Vanilla essence (alcohol-free) 
  • 8 scoops of Neocate Junior (Unflavoured or Vanilla)* *Always use the scoop provided in the Neocate tin. 
  • 40 g Dairy-free custard powder
  • 25 g Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix water, custard powder, vanilla essence, sugar and Neocate with some of the water to form a smooth paste. 
  • Place the rest of the water into a pan and bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. 
  • Slowly add the custard mixture to the hot water.  Whisk briskly to form a smooth mixture. 
  • Return pan to heat and gently heat while stirring. 
  • Serve warm or cold. 

Notes

Free from allergens: Wheat, Cows’ milk, Peanuts, and Soy.
