Apple Raspberry Jelly
Felling like something light but luscious? This fruity jelly will have you feeling refreshed in no time.
- 1 x 200ml Fortijuce (Apple)*
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3 teaspoons gelatin powder
In a small saucepan heat Fortijuce (Apple) with raspberries to a gentle boil.
Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin powder until dissolved.
Pour into moulds or heat proof bowl and place in fridge to set for minimum 2 hours or until set.
Before pouring into moulds to set, strain raspberry seeds by pouring through a sieve.
Create a jelly and yoghurt parfait by serving layers of jelly with yoghurt and tinned fruit of choice (peaches, pears or apple).
