Cheery Chia Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 scoops AptaGrow
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients.
  • Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir and place into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve on its own or top with fresh raspberries.
